Information for Presenters

Please check the conference program, to confirm the mode of presentation (ORAL/POSTER) of your accepted paper.

■ ORAL presentations: please see the exact timing of your presentation and how much time is allocated to you in the conference program. All oral presentations in regular sessions are allocated 20-minute slots (15′ presentation + 5′ Q&A).

■ Oral presentations in special sessions, depending on the session, are allocated either 20-minute slots (15′ presentation + 5′ Q&A), or 10′ slots (for presentation) followed by a panel discussion (with all presenters of the session joining in the panel). In some special sessions, the organisers are preparing a different format for the session. In these cases, they will instruct authors specially on how to prepare their presentation.

All presenters should show up to their session at least 10 minutes before it starts, in order to meet with the session chair and ensure a smooth session.
A LCD projector and a laptop computer with Windows OS, MS PowerPoint (version of 2016) installed will be available in every session room for regular presentations. Please kindly bring your presentation saved on a USB memory stick and load your presentation on the computer 15 minutes prior to the session.
If you are a Mac user, please bring your Mac-to-HDMI adapter.
If you have special requirements for audio or video, we recommend to test the setup thoroughly in one of the breaks between sessions.

■ POSTER presentations: The poster may be up to A0 in portrait format (0.9m width x 1.5m height).
The poster board will fit one poster.  Sticky tac and/or tape will be provided on site to fix your posters to the poster boards

■ Demonstrations
The basic demonstration setup provided will be as follows: A table, a 22" monitor (with VGA and HDMI), access to electricity (two plugs + screen) and wireless network, and space for a poster (please follow the guidelines for poster presentations above).
Other special equipment may be provided on advance request. To check the availability please contact the conference secretariat (mmm2020@mmm2020.kr) before December 10, 2019.

■ Video Browser Showdown
The basic setup for VBS competitors is as follows: A table with chairs for 2-3 people, a 22″ monitor (with VGA and HDMI, intended for spectators), and access to electricity (two plugs + screen) and wired network.
※ Each VBS team should prepare a short 1 minute video summarizing the best features of the system, it will play at the start of the competition.
